Very nice hotel with nice staff, who was always helpful and service minded. The breakfast choices were great and as a swede it is a solid 4+ for the filter coffee. Definately worth a stay if you are "doing" Lisabon. Close to both Metro and tram, which takes you around the city or to the airport very easily. We mostly walked around to the main sites though, due to the central location of the hotel it was easy to move around.

Good things: the breakfast is very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful, I liked the location because it's close to the Rua Augusta, where there are a lot of dinning options and it's close to bus stops and metro stations. Not so good: the TV was useless, it had no network and it could not be used (I don't know if they forgot ot set it up or that's the way it is. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable, my partner had trouble sleeping well.

Tremendous location in the city center and they provide an incredible breakfast. Unfortunately we did have a noisy neighbor above us so the sleep was not as pleasant as we would have liked. If you sleep well and want to be right in the middle of everything then this is the place for you.

I loved everything about my stay in this great little place! I was welcomed with an espresso and a treat during check in after a very long travel day, the staff were so kind and incredibly thoughtful. The room was beautiful - bed was comfy and the towel warmer in the bathroom was an unexpected nice touch! The location was ideal for exploring the neighbourhood, and breakfast was great! I will absolutely stay here again!
