Beautiful and calm resort with extremely lovely and helpful staff. Great food and drinks. Cleaning staff are great and very thorough - I would just recommend that the mosquito nets around the beds are taken down and washed on a regular basis as they didn’t seem clean. I had a lovely massage, unfortunately a guest from a neighbouring hotel had a drone and was using it to watch my message! Not the fault of the hotel and they were shocked by what happened but I would suggest that the spa area is made private for the privacy and dignity of guests.

This place was amazing, the beach is only a 2 minute walk down a path from the resort. Staff were amazing and always happy to help and the sunset yoga was a bonus. Pool area was so nice and room was frequently cleaned and perfect size for 3 people

We loved our stay at La Joya. Located in a quiet area, so don’t expect lots of restaurants in the area. Nice pool area, located right next to the restaurant. The restaurant served fantastic breakfast, cocktails and foods. All staff extremely helpful and service minded. The bungalows feels very private, with your own gardens where you can chill in the evenings. Only downside is bad sound isolation (motorbikes and animals, i.e barking dogs etc.), which is quite annoying during the night. For the price paid - we couldn’t ask for more!
