Nice place to stay, friendly staff and good rooms, only bug-bear was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities, but that is typical in Spain.

Poor and old fashioned hotel, why 4 stars rated? Room simple and only once two bottles water in two days. Breakfast visited at 10.00 and almost empty buffet, complaint but no refund 9 euro per person. Next day at 08.30 uur breakfast buffet ok. Enough parking places around the hotel. Nice walk trough park to enter the city.

Palm trees are a thing I see only in vacation. Waking up in the morning with palm tree view in your window makes your day beautiful from the first second of the day. Room was nice, large and clean, large bathroom,. Large hotel rooms and bathrooms are not easily found in European hotels. I didn't try to access their patio and pool as there was a party .... and to be honest wasn't the time for a pool, pretty cold this time of the year, first week of May.

2/10 Poor

Very disappointing stay. The receptionist was rude, arrogant and visibly irritated, not only with me but with other guests as well. I arrived around 1 pm, just one hour before check-in, and was simply turned away. When I returned at 2 pm, there was a long queue and still only the same receptionist handling check-ins. Her attitude was unfriendly and unpleasant. Breakfast was another disappointment. The area was dirty, with no napkins or cutlery available, and the hygiene was poor. The room was small and claustrophobic, not properly clean, and had very poor sound insulation. I also booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool, but the pool was closed. If I had known that beforehand, I would have chosen to stay somewhere else. Parking was advertised as free, but I was asked to pay for it. Overall, a disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not stay here again.

The staff did not provide a good customer service. Kitchen closes at 11am for breakfast and before 10:30am the staff pick up all the food and complained to my face that the breakfast buffet ends at 11am (it was 10:30am). Luckily a person who was not part of the staff noticed and called their attention, they immediately took out the buffet, but it was not worth it all, they were giving me a bad attitude. In other hotels, breakfast buffet will close at 11am or 11:30am and the staff will close their doors but will not remove the food until everyone is done and will accept their customers even 5 minutes before closing.
