Comfortable stay in a cozy cottage. The room is equipped with a fridge and an electric kettle. Breakfast is very good. We also had a nice dinner in the hotel pizzeria with an affordable price. The only disappointment is a pool. It is small and crowded, and water is too warm.

We arrived late after a long drive.The room and bathroom facilities initially looked good. However in the morning, there were ants in the bed, the night stand and in the bathroom. The staff member I reported this too, said it would be noted, but that there was not much that could be done, it was that time of year. I think rooms on a higher level than ground, might have much better. We only staying one night. The restaurant had a plentiful buffet for both Dinner and Breakfast. Food was good, staff polite and friendly.

Die Anlage an sich schön aber doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es wird zwar als Anlage für einen Familieurlaub beworben aber hier muss nachgebessert werden. Von den drei Playstationen funktioniert wirklich nur eine. Animation für Kinder wird garnicht angeboten. Am ersten Abend war das Abendbrot nicht wirklich Kinderfreundlich. Wie gesagt hier muss nachgebessert werden, damit die Anlage von mir eine bessere Bewertung erhält.

Stedet trænger til en opgradering. Værelserne er lidt slidte med knækkede fliser og mærker på væggene. Men omgivelserne er meget smukke og omklædningsfaciliteterne er fine. Men aftenbuffeten, som er den eneste mulighed for aftensmad mandag og tirsdag, hvor pizzeriaet er lukket, er meget dyr og utrolig dårlig. Til gengæld er der ro, mulighed for fine gåture og et fint legerum, som vores børn var meget glade for.

Schöner Pool , zwei Sauna stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Weitläufige Anlage mit schönen Spielplatz. Eine kleine Marina gibt es auch dort. Frühstück ist echt spitze! Aber aufpassen , bei Expedia ist es meist in der Buchung inbegriffen (!), die Mitarbeiterin meinte sogar immer, dennoch wurden mir bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt 22€ berechnet. Dieses Mal aber nicht! Parken auf dem „Parkplatz“ kostet ebenfalls 7(!)€ extra.

Wir reisten mit Hund an und es war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich welches Apartment wo liegt. Das erfuhr ich erst nach einer Anfrage. Das Apartment selber war nicht besonders gepflegt. An den Wänden sah man wo früher einmal Möbel standen. Die Decke im Badezimmer mit Badewanne war mit Spinnweben überzogen. Unter dem Sofa wurde scheinbar schon ewig nicht sauber gemacht. Zwischen den Sofakissen befand befanden sich eine Handvoll Krümmel. Wenn man spät Abends auf dem Sofa etwas lesen wollte, war dies nicht mehr möglich, da dort eine Lampe fehlte. Der Herd/Backofen waren nicht mehr auf der Höhe der Zeit. Das aufbacken von Brötchen dauerte 20 Minuten trotz vorheizen. Ein großer Teil der Übergardinen war fleckig. Auf meine Rechnung welche ich eigentlich per E-Mail erhalten sollte, warte ich heute noch. Für eine Nacht war es ok, aber mehr auch nicht.

Riesengroßes sauberes Zimmer bekommen. Schöne Anlage mit Hafen und Spielplätzen. Schwimmbad mit einer Rutsche, zwei Sauna standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Frühstück mit 22€ etwas teuer - aber gute Auswahl, Getränke waren aber recht teuer. Essen ging allerdings nur bis 21h und ich hatte Glück das ich noch etwas bekommen habe.

Der seitens der Buchung angegebene beinhaltete Willkommensgruß wurde trotz Erwähnung nicht erfüllt. Ein spaßig gemeinter Komnentar: „Ich habe Sie ja begrüßt“, sollte die peinliche Misere verdrängen. (Unprofessionell) Der Wellnessbereich war in früheren Jahren funktional noch mit Leben gefüllt. Um 20Uhr war der in der Leistungsbeschreibung des Hotels aufgeführte Whirlpool außer Betrieb und abgedeckt. Das Außenbecken war versperrt und der Innenpool gegenüber den Vorjahren deutlich kühler. Zwei unbeschriftete Innensaunen waren in Betrieb. Das Frühstück inkl. Tischdekoration wirkte inzwischen tendenziell wie in einer besseren Jugendherberge. Eierbecher gab es „nicht mehr“. Also das Ei auf dem Teller pellen und die Schale irgendwie vom Ei getrennt halten. Deutlich weniger Personal gegenüber den früheren Jahren. Eine nachfolgend bereits gebuchte separate Übernachtung haben wir deshalb storniert.
