Loved our two nights stay here! Everything is perfect the staff is so friendly and helpful. Loved the hot bath and free treats after enjoying a relaxing time in the bath. Late-night complimentary ramen made us feel so homey and welcomed. The location is very convenient too. Definitely recommend!

Great breakfast buffet. The "onsen" on the top floor was an amazing experience. Access to "subways" was very good with three lines within two blocks. Petty complaint but after five nights I asked for an hour extension on my stay. The clerk insisted I pay 1000Yen. The front desk staff were well meaning and tried to help, but English language skills were limited.

Great stay at the Dormy Inn Premium Kanda! The rooms were nice and clean, and the location right next to Kanda Station made it incredibly easy to move around Tokyo. There is plenty of food and shopping within easy walking distance. The staff were very polite and attentive throughout my stay. While the breakfast was decent, it felt a little sparse. The highlight was definitely the nice rooftop onsen (hot spring). I would absolutely stay here again

100% recommend staying here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The public bath is stellar (sauna, indoor bath, outdoor bath and ice cold bath) and you can wash your clothes while you bathe. The free evening ramen and icy pole were lovely to come back to after roaming Akihabara. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but if you're going out a lot, you won't notice. Also the location is very convenient, close to a few JR and metro stations so it's easy to leave and to come back to.

Facilities were good. Very strict on no tattoos in onsene. Also checking in was not as smooth as it xould be because they use an automated system that didn't recognize the Expedia reservation. Otherwise location was great and staff were very helpful
