The location is great with many things to see within walking distance. Hoan Kiem Lake is an ideal starting location, and Train Street and Old Quarter are walkable. The staff at the hotel were helpful and accommodating. Strongly recommend.

Worth the price, perfect location!

It was a nice stay, people in reception were extremely helpful and friendly. We exchanged money there for a fair price. Room was clean with all amenities and free water. It was big enough for us, 1 night stay and before booking you see the size. We booked 3 hours in advance because of plan changes and everything was ready when we arrived. Price was very good. Location is awesome, next to all restaurants, market and lake!!! In the morning there was noise from the street, not extreme, and we had to leave early anyway. Worth the price, a pity that the swimming pool they announce in some booking pages is not in the same building!

Excellent place to stay

Nice let situated in the centre of the city and next to the lake. It’s just the right location to explore the old town by foot. We stayed here three times in our trip and left our cases in between shorter trips away. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. We arranged money exchange, transport and laundry services at a good price. The rooms are clean and tidy and the back rooms are quieter at night although we had a good night sleep every night. The hotel did not have a restaurant but there are plenty of places nearby to get breakfast and other meals. Highly recommended.

It was the werst hotel room ever. Dirty, smelly, dirty bed linen, noisy and tiny. It was so bad that we could not stay there, not even for one night. this hotel should be removed from the hotels.com list. We are trying to get our money back since we did not stay there.
