Room was comfortable and clean with all necessary amenities, but a bit on the small side but this was not a major issue. Room was not serviced at all during my stay. I had no interaction with staff as the hotel had a self-check in system as I arrived late in the day, but I was advised of this and given clear instructions about how to check in and how to find my room which were very helpful. The location of the hotel was great with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and easy to get to all major sights and attractions.

Sam who works on reception was excellent, he carried my bags to & from my room, organised for my towels & sheets to be changed when I requested & arranged very efficient transport to the airport.
