The location of the property is excellent. Walking distance to all the major things we wanted to see for our first trip to Rome. We set up a transfer from the airport to the property and from the property to the cruise port when we were done. Both were easy and convenient. Initially upon arriving it was not clear where the check in counter is located. We ended up walking up a flight of stairs as it was the only option and found staff there to check us in. There is breakfast available for 15 euro per person. We did not try it as breakfast start at 8 and we were starting our day at 7. Overall it is a clean very well situated property to stay at. I would recommend it and stay there again.

Beware, if you book a junior suite you may be given a smaller room that does not have the listed square footage or amenities. The hotel will justify it by claiming that the smaller room pictures are in the same photo album listed under the junior suite. This is not true but the hotel will stand behind this deceptive practice and say that on their own website, the photos exist under the junior suite. Either way, rooms shouldn't be able to change class unless you are providing more than what was requested, not less. For context, my family of four booked a junior suite to ensure that we had room to relax in a separate area while the kids slept. We were given a room that only accommodates three people and offers no separate area. You are always within a couple feet of the king bed.

Eating area a little cramped but nice breakfast, great croissants and meat / cheese , fruit and cappuccinos . 15 min walk to trastavere Recommend on a budget which we were by the time we splurged across Italy . We had a wonderful stay at the Vittoriano Suite in Rome. The location is perfect for a first trip to Rome - it is an easy walk to the Colosseum and many other sites, and easy to walk to most of Rome from there, buses available too. The hotel is in an old building with no sign on the door, feels very authentic. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they made sure that our stay was wonderful. The rooms were spacious for my family and the breakfast was perfect - coffee and cappuccino made special for each guest, hard boiled eggs and meat and cheese and yogurt for the adults and pastries for the kids. We would love to stay again and would recommend this for any travelers to Rome, especially families.

This hotel was amazing for three reasons. First, the location was INCREDIBLE, right across the street from Monumento a Vittorio. We walked to Vatican City, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and shopping. EASILY! Second, the staff was amazing and informative. Third, the room was spacious and spotless! Worth noting: like everything in Rome, the building is ancient. You enter through a massive door with virtually no signage. The bottom floor is empty, so it feels weird. The lobby is on the second floor and feels more like a college dorm. Once you get to the room, you will be pleased. Our room was exceptional.
