There is a difference between "Rustic" and "Run down!" This hotel was run down. The only thing nice about this hotel was the view around the hotel. We were there for a planned event and the hotel did not have enough staff the run the restaurant. The wait for food was over 45 minutes. The rooms only had two electrical outlets and not near the bed. It does not look like it had been updated sinces the 1980's.

El Hotel muy hermoso, pero las habitaciones con descuento, osea las mas sencillas , aunque limpias, demasiado pequeñas, camas incómodas y muy separada de la zona principal del hotel. Se escucha todo de las habitaciones continuas, cero privacidad, disfuncionales algunas, que no servian el baño la TV o las lamparas de cavecera . Las areas recreativas que tienen, se cobran extra .

En general, el estar en contacto con la naturaleza es lo más agradable. El servicio no es lo que yo esperaría para un lugar tan bonito y agradable. Los cuartos tienen lo básico hon un toque rústico, no sobresaliente, únicamente lo justo. El precio me pareció atractivo, es decir mi estancia fue grata, aunque por debajo de mis espectativas.

Hotel agradable

El cuarto en general estaba limpio y las cama con sábanas limpias y el baño con toallas limpias y suaves. Aunque la cama es un poco dura para mi gusto se duerme muy bien. El hotel se siente seguro y las puerta tienen macanismo para sentir más seguridad. El agua del baño corre muy bien y se puede bañar uno con agua caliente que es necesaria ya que el lugar es fresco. No use la alberca pero el agua se mira limpia y el lugar es muy amplio para descansar bajo el sol o bajo la sombra en un jardín muy bien cuidado. La opción del desayuno es limitada pero para la comida y la fruta es fresca y con un café cargado pues se pone uno activo para el día.

No es lo que se oferta, la habitación asignada no cuenta con ninguna vista de las que se muestran en la página, el personal es muy desatento desde la recepcionista grosera hasta restaurante. La habitación le falta mantenimiento, área de alberca con mesas rotas y permiten entrada a no huéspedes que se instalan en áreas verdes e impiden el uso libre de quienes sí lo somos. Alberca en mal estado, definitivamente no regreso a ese hotel. Envié mensaje y llamé para ver detalles de la reservación y jamás contestaron.

Habitacion equivocada

Al llegar hubo que aclarar y exijir me dieran la habitacion que reserve en plataforma ya que me habian cambiado a una muy incomoda y de menos costo. Despues de discutir con el recepcionista nos otorgaron la que habia reservado en linea y el resto de la estancia estubo bien .

Personal del restaurante perezoso y sin descanso

Las habitaciones y la propiedad eran agradables y la persona de recepción era amable. Lo que fue decepcionante es que llegamos tarde y entendemos que la cocina está cerrada. Sin embargo, la recepción dijo que podíamos tomar café por la noche en la habitación, pero resultó que nuestras dos habitaciones estaban a unos pasos de la cocina y el comedor, así que caminamos hasta allí. Encontramos a las tres personas que atendían el área sentadas escuchando música y trataron de decir que no podían ayudarnos, hasta que dijimos que la recepción dijo lo contrario. Entonces, de mala gana, tardaron 20 minutos en preparar dos cafés de 6 onzas. Luego, en el salón de fiestas hubo un evento que duró hasta aproximadamente las 3 de la mañana con música en vivo a todo volumen, lo que parecía ser el máximo. Estábamos más lejos del área de la fiesta y las cosas en nuestras habitaciones temblaban. Eso hizo que pasáramos una noche larga sin poder descansar durante nuestro viaje de 6 horas al día siguiente. Básicamente, el hotel me debe un reembolso por dos habitaciones, ¡¡¡pero buena suerte con eso!!!
