Cute hotel with lots of personality. Clean room. Staff very kind. It was movie night and the bartender, Chelsea was a lot of fun and very hospitable. I would recommend to others.

The room was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The staff were amazing and super friendly. We had a quick overnight stay on our way back home and this place was excellent. We traveled with our dogs and it was a perfect location with a park right across the street.

Check in person was very friendly! Breakfast was only fruit, cereal and caffeine. Was fine but did expect a full breakfast.

Great ambience, friendly staff, very clean, location convenient. I liked that there was a lot of lighting in the hotel room. Maybe could use more parking.

4/10 Fair

The property was very underwhelming, while the staff was nice and helpful the motel itself was overpriced and not what we were hoping it would be. The room was very small and furnishings were cheap and uncomfortable, the parking was also a problem. We wanted to like this property, we just couldn’t.

This is my favourite hotel in the whole of California. Each room is thoughtfully decorated, mega comfortable beds and a laid back vibe that allows you to truly switch off. I’ve stayed here 4 times now and always look forward to coming back.

Great staff and place is great. There is a common area that opens at 7am for free breakfast (fruit snacks instant oatmeal) and coffee. Perfect for our stay. Note that there is not microwave or kettle. Thank you for the warm welcome and great stay!

8/10 Very good

Good hotel. Done in a retro theme - redone old motel. Rooms are pretty good size. Water pressure and showers were good. Fairly loud outside the rooms (people walking by, just talking etc) so room doors are not super well insulated. Location is good in that it is right by a big park, but not many amenities are within easy walking distance - most things are a short Uber ride away.

Very clean and dog-friendly. Comfy bed. Enjoyed the decor and design elements of the hotel---wonderful garden with sculpture (and fun Astro Motel tees for sale). Easy self checkout and everyone was very nice.

Stayed at the Astro for one day. The room was perfect- spacious, and all the amenities were exactly as advertised on the website and on Expedia. Our room was situated adjacent to the main street, and there were some street noise, but that was not an issue. The staff was welcoming and very efficient. We would definitely stay there again.

This place is super cute! I had a basic queen room on my way home from the airport.... stayed with my pup. It is very dog friendly, room was small but clean and adorable, with the most comfortable bed and really good coffee in the morning! I am a pretty picky person and I was pleasantly surprised at how comfy and thoughtfully decorated, as well as stocked the room was. After a long night of travel, I was happy to find the fridge stocked with a couple good beers and healthy snacks as well! Great stay, and my dog was happy as well:-) highly recommend

We love the Astro! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are artsy, clean, and spacious, and the property is also well maintained. It feels like apartments rather than motel rooms. We also like the lounge and the other guests that were staying there. Would definitely return if we’re in the area.
