The rooms are good and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The negative part is the neighbourhood. It’s quite dodgy. We were told to be careful after midnight, and there is nothing around the area. We decided to end our stay early for security reasons. I’m waiting to see if we’ll get a partial refund.

Check-in was awkward - we were given a room initially that was still occupied, which caused concerns for our own security. The staff fixed it quickly but did not seem remorseful or concerned. Our showerhead was broken, as well. Bed was clean enough, AC did not work great but it was better than nothing. Outlets were only on one side of the bed which was unfortunate

Clean room and the professional staff upon arrival early morning. My suggestion only is to provide info in all basic local transpo in the area ie the location of Metro , bus…best place to eat in the area…local food store. The hotel is in a ethnic area composed mainly of people from North Africa and the middle east. The staff in the hotel who are all North African are some of the nicest, most wonderful and helpfull people I have ever met ! We stayed for 32 days and had a great experience with thw wonderfull staff.
