Very clean room. The Cedars Motel is well managed and very well taken care of by the owner. The check-in staff and owner were friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Ironwood.

It was an older remodeled property in excellent condition. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing missing was an ice machine. Hair dryer available at the office. Only stayed one night but would stay there again.

The hotel was cheap and clean, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that the walls are so thin that people slamming dresser drawers in the room next to us (their dresser was on the same wall as our bed) and walking around upstairs was noisy enough to keep me awake (but not my husband!). That and the unusual practice of "opening" our room for us and leaving the old fashioned key in our unlocked room. Kinda seems like some sort of "turn down" service, but I just don't know. It seemed odd. Even so, we would likely stay again because the room was large, scrupulously clean and the staff was just so darn nice!

This was a first-class little hotel. No, it isn't the Ritz, but it is a very clean, spectacularly maintained motel. The room was large, and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a loveseat in the room too, so we could watch TV without lying down in bed. We chatted with the hosts a couple of times and found them nice & helpful. In fact, we accidentally left a bag behind in the room, and we didn't get 10 miles down the road before they called us to let us know. We were able to go back with very little inconvenience, get the bag, and resume our trip. Add to that the fact that the price was very reasonable. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but since they do not serve breakfast, we recommend The Pines Cafe. It is a wonderful old-fashioned cafe with great food & service.

We stayed in room 15. What a pleasant surprise! We felt as though we were going back in time with it being all original fixtures but updated beautifully with fresh paint and other amenities. Would definitely stay again sometime!
