Déçue rien n’est comme la description sur expédia, bon service uniquement lors du petit déjeuné sinon le parking est finalement payant, l’emplacement est loin de la ville pour visiter

Unpleasant experience

It was a horrible experience. As we entered the room, we discovered that: couple switch lights are not working Bedsheets and pillow cases are not clean and have a nuisance smoking odor. We had to use a towel to get a ride of couple house fly.

Average - facility

Its an average hotel with facilities. Need a positive upgrade though staff at front desk and at breakfast were very helpful and nice. The location is nice within the town center and good restaurants close by.

Nice clean hotel. Staff were very nice and reapectful. Hotel is central so almost everything is within walking distance. I will be going back again soon and Akouas will be my first choice.

Pretty terrible facilities. Old hotel with old bed sheets, terrible furniture and just feels unclean. I have stayed in all kinds of hotels and hostels and this has been one of the worst. The shower was absolutely awful with 3 little streams of water coming out. Would never stay in this hotel ever again. The only good thing about this stay was that it was near the train station and the breakfast that was included was decent.

Bad staff Look out.. They will get you for your mo

The hotel was lovely. It was the staff who ruined the stay. I had a reservation and the girl at the front desk wanted me to cancel and book with her so she can charge me more. After, my husband flew in early and I added him to the reservation through the website but at check out a different girl wanted me to pay for his stay even if their was no fee associated with the modification.

Complete disaster-ugly, dirty and very cold

It was very cold in the room, it was dirty both the floor and the bed, it was humid and smelling badly. Breakfast was not good at all. Never again. Worst hotel ever
