The pool is not included!!! They have in the listing many times that the buffet and parking is extra cost, and they even send you a message after you book to let you know that the buffet and parking is a separate cost. It’s listed many times. But the pool isn’t listed as a separate cost. You have to check the fine print. It’s listed ONE TIME in one section, but I would say it’s very hidden. Also when I checked in, she gave me a lot of info about the elevators, beach, places to eat, asked about the buffet, asked if we wanted to pay for parking, but never mentioned the pool or asked about if I wanted to pay to use the pool. It wasn’t until later that I found out. And it’s 45,000 won per person which is insane to not be up front about.

4월 26일 일요일 투숙객 입니다 . 세 가족이 곤히 잠든상황인데 새벽에 옆방에서 벽을 두드리고 침대 헤드가 흔들릴정도로 벽을 차고 소란을 일으키길래 날이밝고 프론트에 원인파악 요청했으나 프런트에서는 강경하게 원인파악불가. 해당시점에 인폼주지않아 확인불가하고 옆방에 물어볼수 없다고 말하고 대신 레이트 체크아윳 제안. 대신 올라가서 주변 점검 하겠다는 말만 하는데 이미도 주변에 확인할수 있는 방법이 없지않느냐는 제질문에는 답이없고 오히려 저를 경우없는 사람을 만드네요 밤새 두돌 아기와 와이프는 겁에질려 잠을 못자고 저는 밤에 경찰부르려 했으나 와이프가 만류하여 아침까지 참은건데 호텔측에서는 오히려 우리를 경우없는 사람 취급하네요. 우리가 원한건 옆방 에서 도대체 뭐가 화가났길래 벽을 차고 두드리고 했는지에 대한 원인파악을 요청한것 뿐인데 이에대한 어떠한 조치가 없군요 아이두돌이라 가족여행 온건데 기분이 너무나 상하고 불쾌합니다. 너무나 불쾌하고 최악의 경험을 하게해준 이호텔 재방문의사는 당연히 없고 너무 화가나네요 영업 및 직원교육 똑바로 하십시오 이런식의 영업은 고쳐야되지 않겠습니까?
