I have never experienced such a bad hotel.
When we arrived there was no one to welcome us. But a little later a man came who did not speak any English. We tried to explain him that we had a reservation, but he did not understand anything. A little later he called another man who could speak some English. The rooms were neglected and dirty. Toilet paper had to be asked for several times, in the end we bought it ourselves in the local supermarked. Our stay was all-inclusive, but the food was so poor that we did not eat at the hotel, but found other places to eat. We wanted to get our money refunded and find another hotel, but that was not possible so we went away for a few days, to experience something else.
There was no WIFI included, you had to buy it separately. But you could not pay with credit card or Turkish Lira, but only cash with Euro - if you did not have Euro, you could not get WIFI.
Stay away from that hotel!
