We enjoyed our stay here. It’s very close to the old town so you can walk everywhere, and parking is close if needed. We had a really nice meal at the hotel restaurant, and there are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance too. It’s the perfect location!

The room was spotless , the staff were helpful in finding activities in the area, they helped us with bus connections and subways. We needed to apply for our E-Visa for Brazil and were able to help us with the application. The swimming pool was a nice relax after a busy day. Breakfast in the morning was great, with alot of variety. The location is in the middle of downtown where most tourist attractions are, yet close to the subways and buses to explore further out.

The hotel is sharing a building with other services, and the common area need refurbishing. The mattress is bad and bent, needs replacement. Same for pillows that are not soft, basically below the standard of 4 stars hotel. There was a kind of fan outside that was too loud during the night. The room is bad sound insulated.
