Just returned from an amazing 3 nights in Venice. Alessandro and her team were simply amazing at making us feel welcome and looked after. All communication prior to our stay, including directions to the hotel and tourist tax exemptions etc, were absolutely spot on. The rooms have been decorated in true Venetian style and were beautifully maintained. The hostess and owner was friendly and helpful with information about what to visit, restaurants recommendations and how to get around. The location is central and you can easily walk to the most popular tourist spots in Venice. 3 min walk to the Rialto Bridge & Vaporeto Boat Stop so you can get anywhere you want that way too. The room was a nice size, very clean, beautifully decorated and the AC worked very well. Good water pressure too. Breakfast is included: you give your preference the day before so they make sure to have what you would like on hand. You can choose from 2 breakfast times: 8:30 or 9:15. Contact them before booking if you have any questions; they are very responsive. This is a small boutique hotel with only 5 rooms, so it is very quiet,

This small boutique type property is a real gem located in the heart of Venice, close to the famous Rialto bridge on a very charming water way. It’s like something out of a movie with a very unique Venetian flare. I really felt like I was ported back in time. The staff are very hands on providing excellent service. You are treated like family and feel right at home. Staff are eager to help with a smile, very genuine. It’s obvious they all take pride in what they do. The property is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with lots of great options. I really loved the cappuccino & croissants. I can’t recommend this properly enough. The staff were so responsive pre and during. Our last day we were busy packing and didn’t make it to breakfast but the host came knocking on the door and brought some breakfast to us!!! Always helpful and smiling. Also, the room was very clean and well laid out, with comfy beds and great air conditioning, plus love the water pressure. The decor gave that true Venice feel. We were a family of 4 / mom and 3 older kids. (13 - 21). We all loved this location and felt safe. Thank you for an amazing experience. ❤️🇮🇹

Superb stylishly renovated boutique hotel in the heart of Venice . You feel like royalty staying in this small hotel both from the decoration of the rooms and the quality of service . If you are coming from the airport catch a private water taxi which stops just outside the hotel. Walkable from the train station. Great continental breakfast.
