We were pleasantly surprised at the quaint feeling this stay offered. The view of Lake Superior was amazing and the room felt like a retreat. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the claim of best apple fritters is not wrong. An after dinner drink on the beach was a great way to end the day.

The room was clean as advertised, we were a little to late arrival for the Walleye at the takeout, sold out, left too earlier the next morning to try the Apple Fritters, but in my almost 70 years I have never seen toilet paper that thin, good thing there was a box of brand name Kleenex just outside the head door!
