10/10 Exceptional

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby was a pleasant place to relax when waiting for friends to arrive. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a variety of fruits, veggies, juices, hot foods, breads/pastries, and omelettes cooked to order. As a vegetarian, I still found plenty of tasty food to eat. I appreciated the hotel location being an easy walk to museums, parks, and stores. I would definitely stay there again.

Helpful staff, great location nice room. Could have used a stand alone shower rather than a tub shower.

The room was very spacious. The staff was friendly and inviting. Also the free breakfast was delicious, it was fresh and tasty. Please keep up the great work you all do. I'm definitely staying at this property again when I bring my mom.

The staff at this hotel is very friendly- one receptionist went above and beyond and helped me find a dentist when I was in a lot of pain. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it is comfortable nonetheless. It’s a very close walk to Sukhbaatar Square and multiple museums and monuments.

Location is fantastic, but extremely dated and overpriced hotel.

Comfortable and spacious

We had an extremely comfortable stay in a large spacious twin room with a kitchenette. Location is excellent for central activities in Ulaabaatar.

Just live here many times. Everything is good. But the WiFi needs to be updated.

We request non smoking room. But they assigned a bad smell smoking room to us. And said no room to change.

2/10 Poor

The hotel does not have good communication with Orbitz. I had booked and a confirmation from Orbitz. However when I showed up, the hotel was full. They did find a neighboring hotel. My advice is call the hotel after booking to insure you have a room.

Bra hotell, god valuta for pengene.
