My stay at the property was amazing from parking to check in to the welcoming staff that took care of every need. Beware that the hotel does not have air conditioning, however on request front desk provided a fan for the room, that and opening the windows made it pleasant and comfortable in the room. Every room has a balcony with a view, breakfast was amazing, spa services were good too. Room was very spacious modern and clean. I have nothing negative to write as staying in this hotel only enhanced my overall tourism experience. The beds were clean and kids had a bunk bed which was also comfortable. There was a foul smell coming from drains in shower room which the staff resolved as we got back to room so full marks to them, once again you have to experience their breakfast buffet and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We had the panoramic room, it isn’t a full panaramic view..so I feel the room is misrepresented..it should really just say “mountain view”..the word panaramic is mis leading…the staff seem not happy whatso ever ..and it says “free welcome drink” ..but we ended up with a tiny jam… Good stay but seems to be a bit of false advertising.

The view from my room was stunning. Both the check-in staff and the bar employee just made my stay… Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. The only thing I did not like is, I could not take a hot shower… Even after they checked it to see if I had hot water… I never got hot water… So a shower was frustrating… Other than that, a sensational Hotel!
