"Exceptional Stay at Fortune Park Sishmo

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel in Bhubaneswar, and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service and experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff exhibited a level of professionalism and warmth that made my stay truly memorable. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment did not go unnoticed. The rooms were not only well-appointed but also impeccably clean, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of activities. The amenities and facilities exceeded my expectations, and the overall ambience of the hotel added to the positive experience. I would like to extend my gratitude to the entire team for their dedication to customer satisfaction. The restaurant offerings were outstanding, and the culinary delights contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Moreover, the staff members were consistently courteous, attentive, and went out of their way to make me feel valued as a guest. The property was very neat, clean, friendly-staff. Wish the mattress and pillows were firmer; they were too soft. Didn't find a hair dryer. Otherwise excellent room size, bathroom size, nice towels and sheets. We had a la carte dinner which was excellent. The buffet looked extremely good too. We would stay there again.

Avoid

I have stayed at this property before and it was good. This time around they are renovating and there is constant construction noise and it is unbearable. The staff did not care to inform during check in. They casually said construction can't stop. There was partying in rooms with loud noises and dancing at midnight. When informed the staff said it happens people are partying. They show no concern for guests. Never again.

4/10 Fair

The room is stinky and getting bad odor. I complained at front desk and they send the maintenance people to put the air freshener which turns so bad. Also since the room is all the way to end not getting internet.
