Áreas comuns do hotel sujas, principalmente o elevador que estava extremamente empoeirado e atacou minha rinite, equipe atrapalhada e espera grande por checkin e, principalmente, pelo checkout. O Hotel é excelente. Ótima localização, pois é próximo ao centro e de restaurantes, mas fica numa região tranquila. Perfeito para quem quer descanso. O quarto tem um ótimo tamanho, camas confortáveis, quarto aconchegante e quentinho. Funcionários excelentes, atendimento nota 10, Prestativos, educados e gentis. O Hotel é lindo. Diferencial são as gentilezas. Ao chegar já recebemos uma água saborizada e uma taça de espumante. Ao chegar no quarto havia algumas cortesiaa, bolachinha etc. À noite deixam nos quartos uma térmica com água quente, chás e bolachinhas. Das 18 às 20h, há a opção de assar Marshmallows na fogueira e nos domingos há uma senhora tocando piano maravilhosamente durante o café da manhã. Enfim, o diferencial são os mimos e o execelente atendimento dos funcionários.Café da manhã maravilhoso. Pontos negativos: no nosso banheiro o chuveiro não era muito bom e a acústica do quarto é ruim. Ouvíamos os quartos vizinhos (cachorros latindo, crianças chorando).

Quarto entregue com sujeiras no teto do banheiro e aquecedor de toalhas. Apesar de solicitar na recepção, esqueceram de arrumar o quarto num dia. Equipe, com exceção de alguns poucos, se mostrava despreparada e pouco treinada, alguns na recepção até sendo apáticos. Café da manhã razoável com poucas opções. Mas não sabiam nem fazer uma omelete razoável. Máquina de café dando problema a todo instante revelando falta de manutenção. Restaurante local com poucas opções de pratos e horários de funcionamento. Quase não paguei a taxa de 10% opcional cobrada no final pois não queria prejudicar os funcionários, que na sua maioria, não tem a principal culpa pelo mal atendimento. Boa localização.

O quarto é bom, apesar das cortinas não darem conta da claridade no amanhecer e do cheiro de comida que entra no banheiro na hora do café e da janta. Esqueceram de limpar nosso quarto, por mais que tenhamos deixado pendurada na porta a placa solicitando arrumação. O café da manhã é bem fraco.
