Excellent sized room, reception staff friendly and welcoming. The parking and proximity to the town was good. However it was in need of refurbishment. Paint flaking in bathroom, the shower head dripped , only one pot.

Excellent for the price. It's a motel so you don't get much in the way of amenities but it's clean, great price and fantastic location. City Park is just across the road and all shopping and food options are just a short walk walkway. We've stayed here a few times and have no hesitation in coming back again.
