The rooms and grounds were clean and well maintained with beautiful flowers everywhere. My kids loved the pool and it was in a great walkable location to Williams College and the Linear Park system. Pool was a big hit with the kids as well. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay!

Not the most modern hotel, but the lovely grounds and friendly staff make it worth the stay. Gorgeous gardens, heated pool, and a horse farm right behind. Lots of nice touches like water bottles and tiny cinnamon buns and coffee in the room.

Adorable little place! Staff was incredible and the rooms were cute but the only downside was the rooms had an older home smell!

This motel is very clean and conveniently located to the downtown area. The owners are very friendly and you can tell they care about their property and their guests. The fire pit area is lovely along with the pool and grounds. Will stay here anytime I am in the area.

Room very clean and beds extra comfortable. Lots of small decorating features for a motel and gardens on grounds were extra beautiful. Rooms themselves felt older but with new furnishings. Overall a comfortable stay.

Everything was lovely at Maple Terrace. The accommodations were better than expected. I especially loved the surroundings next to a horse farm as it was very peaceful and serene. The pool was very clean and refreshing albeit a bit cold in the water. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was small and outdated. Overall we enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back!

I absolutely love the Maple Terrace Motel. The rooms are spacious and incredible fresh and clean and the grounds are really beautiful sitting just beneath a gorgeous horse farm and large sweeping willow trees. The views are stunning and especially from the pool area and gorgeous fire pit and chair circle which is such a joy to sit in and observe the horses in the field or beautiful Berkshire sky above. The owners of this establishment are very welcoming and could not be nicer and are great to share information about the area. I would recommend the Maple Terrace Motel to anyone.
