Thought the hotel was run down and neglected. Tiles off the walls and cracked floor tiles. The bed was fine however the room was very dated with rusty towel stand in the bathroom. Didn’t have a meal as didn’t fancy eating there

Misleading Advertising

Very disappointing. I was expecting a higher quality hotel based on the high room charge. The room turned out to be a family room which I didn’t need. There were only two of us (Adults). Ivan understand why there is no photo of the hotel on the website. I feel I was conned. Regards Neil Maclachlan

2/10 Poor
