I was pleasantly surprised by quality of room, arrangement etc . Only issue was at checkout I was made to wait 5-10 mins while the lady at the reception had someone check the room if I had used anything from the bar. Never in y travels have I had to wait for checkout fo this reason.

Very nice hotel near to exhibition grounds. Especially great as you travel against traffic which mean a lot to me and in particular in Mumbai. Breakfast was mediocre but the associated rooftop restaurant was great!!!!! Didn’t have a chance to try the italian place downstairs but will do so next time

Amazing hotel

An amazing hotel near to the Exibition. We stay always in this hotel when we go to the OSH Exibition. The rooms are spacious and very very clean. The bedclothes very soft and the bathroom very confortable.

Room was not lit adequately, housekeeping and room cleanliness has lot to be desired, the bathroom drains were clogged on the first day which shows that housekeeping manager is not doing his rounds or supervising adequately, the silver lining is the food /breakfast was excellent, as well as generally the other staff are very courteous polite and helpful.

Overall it was a good experience. Couple of restaurants staff weren't friendly. Rajendra was very attentive. Breakfast spread was delicious. Harshita from main reception was very helpful and friendly. Vishal from housekeeping was excellent too. Only thing disappointed was late night music because of wedding and other celebration.

great hotel, in a good location for the local train service. Located in a very very local area of Mumbai, not a tourist area. Walking to the local train station takes about 10 minutes or so. Hotel is highly recommended but may not be everyone’s cup of tea regarding area. Taxi from Mumbai airport to hotel was around 25-30 minutes.

No alcohol but otherwise fine

It was a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly. But there were a few niggly bits, for example, on checkout, the hotel could not accept international credit card. The machine kept rejecting international VISA card. Another thing, the hotel does not serve alcohol in it’s restaurant and there is no bar!

Average stay

Overall experience: Average Worth the money : Average Stay : On checkin, we requested for a room away from any staff elevators etc. as my friend is a light sleeper. They gave us a very nice room on 7th floor. However, 15-20mins inside, we started hearing drill sounds. We called the reception to check about it and they offered to change the room. So now we moved down to 2nd floor. Bang opposite staff elevator. My friend obviously couldn’t sleep. Day 1 we requested late checkout and they very gracefully gave us an hour late. Which was absolutely appreciated. We did request more time but that wasn’t possible. After a bad room experiences, that we expressed twice, as a gesture, the least thing I expected was they waiving off charges and give us the extension for another hour or 2. I could understand if they were fully booked but they are not as we could see availability for check ins today in the apps and their website. Last thing, inspite of informing them about the checkout time during breakfast at 10, we received 2 calls to ask about checkout time between 10 and 11:30am which was a tad bit annoying. Second call was also about booking us for buffet. Food : average. Not many options in dinner and breakfast. Good amount of staff available and not much crowd for breakfast, but they forget the orders. That’s the reason for an average rating.
