The room was quiet and clean! I recommend getting a third floor room (warning..no elevator). Any time we spent in our room, it was on the balcony watching the seals play in the water and the boats coming in and out of the harbor. Location is great with all of the harbor restaurants close enough to walk to.

The property is plug and needs some attention in some areas. Our room was clean and comfortable - loved the gas fireplace and our view of the harbor. We were enrtertained by the sea lions and harbor seals. Comfortable beds and bed linens!

As always, I enjoyed the wonderful view of the Harbor. The room was very clean and spacious enough. The provided coffee, iron, etc., were very nice, though I didn't use them. I do miss the continental breakfast that hotels like this used to have. They are saving money by not cleaning the rooms daily, though perhaps the room rates are being kept reasonable by not doing so and dropping the breakfast.

Clean room and comfy beds. I always feel safe here and its usually quiet at night. So close to the Noyo harbor great seafood places to eat at and Noyo River Grill across the bridge. Did not have time to try the updated Wharf Restaurant but will for sure next time. We got a 10% coupon on check in. Bathroom flooring could use some updating and carpets. Upstairs room above us was loud with squeaky floor boards other than that is was a pleasant stay. Will stay again!

Amazing view of the Noyo. Coffee and hot chocolate always available in the office, which I prefer to the in-room coffee maker. There was some staining on the rugs, but the room was very clean and quiet.
