This is a basic motel with very limited amenities, although free coffee is available. The location is convenient, but it is close to Highway 101, so if your room faces the highway, traffic noise could be a problem for light sleepers. The motel is very close to the fishing dock, across the road from fast-food restaurant, and only a short drive from a nice sunset viewpoint. Overall, I felt the motel was overpriced for what it offers, but there are limited lodging choices in the area. If you stay here, it is best to keep your expectations modest and choose a room away from Highway 101 if possible.

Kids 6 & 7 my self inclded Loved the last trip of summer break, 2 fort bragg they had never been. Glass beach was the best. Stayed at harbor lite & Ancor lodge for the different rooms, both nice with Balconys!!! Harbor over looking the water But Ancor was on the water!!! We'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay in room 319 which had a nice view of the water and wharf. Make sure you ask for a room away from highway one. The staff was very friendly and we appreciated the coffee, tea and hot chocolate provided in the lobby. The bed was comfortable and we had nice thick towels. The shower pressure was weak.
