Really liked this hotel in old building. The room and bathroom was very modern and bigger than I expected for the price. Only a couple blocks from town center and fish market. Don’t let the complaints about finding hotel scare you. Also the receptionist found us a beach club that was still open where we could enjoy a nice sandy beach and they picked us up and dropped us off and provided chairs for only 20 euros. Also I must give a special shout out to maid service who did a 5 star plus job of cleaning room, folding laundry which we don’t get in higher end hotels in Europe and USA

Incredible entry late at night. Very Bond in Cuba. Spooky great worn arches and giant doors with3 separate entry systems to work through. Finally revealing gorgeous stairwell opening into lovely modern renovation. Glamorous well equipped and comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful too . Loved it

We booked a balcony room, the “balcony” was barely bigger than the size of my foot, not worth the upgrade at all. The room was clean and got cleaned daily. A little sketchy checking in as you need to go through 3 locked doors (unlocked with a key fob) an elevator with a key code, and then a normal key to get into your room. Much, much different than a hotel. With that being said, the staff was super friendly and nice and the owner did give us some really good recommendations for places to eat during our stay.

The place didn’t look like the pictures at all. Our room didn’t have windows. Only windows on the ceiling. The whole place smelled like sewage after 2nd day. First day the room and hallways smelled like pesticide. The shower temperature and flow weren’t stable and the elevator was very outdated. We were scared every time we used it. The only good things about the place was the location and the fact that the receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Checkt man nach 19 Uhr ein, lassen sich die Zugänge mit den über e-mail erhaltenen Codes öffnen. Über Innenhof und Lift gelangt man in den obersten Stock, wo sich die Rezeption und die 6 total renovierten Zimmer befinden: modern, komfortabel, ruhig! Habe den Aufenthalt und die Gegensätze sehr genossen.
