Upon arriving already we were having issues with the staff. We don’t speak Portuguese but we were using Google Translate with them which is fine we don’t expect for the staff to speak English. However, after 2 days of traveling to get there we did request to check in a bit early (15-30 min) after being absolutely disgusting from planes, bus, and ferry rides. The woman at the check in desk literally laughed in our faces when we explained to her that we just want a shower and we were aware that the room was ready. Throughout our stay we were rejected simple services that hotels offer like room cleaning service and had to request several times for someone to come and clean the room and request fresh towels. In the end we also had to sweep our own floors in the rooms. We ended up checking out 2 days early from their lack of service and when requesting a refund for the nights not used they refused and tried to get us to sign a form in Portuguese that we stayed the whole time we were supposed to. Thank god for Google Translate.

O café da manhã é bom.Tem café da tarde, bem singelo, mas bom.A recepção não foi bem pensada, só fica um atendente e, se tiverem + de 3 hospedes aguardando, fica muito apertado. Faltou sabão na pia do banheiro da recepção todos os dias. O atendente da piscina achei despreparado, demorava de ir à mesa e faltou cativação/simpatia. Os atendentes de forma geral precisam de um treinamento urgentemente, saber ser + educado e proativo com hóspede, alguns mal te olham. A área da piscina precisa ter + sombra.Precisa ter mais natureza, plantas trazem conforto e climatizam o ar.Infelizmente, construíram a pousada de forma a ficar impossibilitada a implantação de uma passarela que dê acesso à area comum de outra forma q não seja a entrada principal.A água p banho e pia da pousada é dura, sabão não consegue lavar nada, precisam pôr filtro. Uma noite n consegui dormir (eu avisei o whats da recepção e só foram responder pela manhã), pois o quadro de energia do quarto ao lado não parava de religar, isso pq o isolamento acústico de dentro da pousada é péssimo, o de fora é ótimo, não se ouve praticamente qse nada da praia qd fecha a porta da varanda. Os preços do restaurante - e a comida - e do frigobar são ótimos.O chuveiro tem boa vazão, a cama do quarto é boa.Precisam aumentar a quantidade de cadeiras de sol.Fui pedir a um funcionário se podia arranjar um regador pra molhar a area, n conseguia arranjar nem um balde sequer.
