10/10 Exceptional

This was the most elegantly comfortable and relaxing hotel suite I have stayed in, even compared to business travel on tour with Cirque du Soleil staying at places like the Movenpick Hotel, for example. We arrived much too early and yet were amazingly warmly welcomed, checked in and even conducted to our suite. We would never choose another place to stay! It was fabulous!!

8/10 Very good

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The apartment was good, and a special thanks to Elmaz at the reception for her outstanding hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism—she truly made our stay more enjoyable. The only issues were that the safe was not working and, despite being told it would be replaced, it wasn't. Also, the air conditioning could have cooled better. Other than that, everything was fine, and we appreciate the excellent service from the reception team.

A nice stay at Real King Residence Hotel

Konaklamamız sırasında herşey mukemmeldi. Otel personeli çok güleryüzlü ve cana yakındı. Otel müdürü İntikam Bey her konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Everything was just great and the hotel staff is so friendly. The hotel manager is incredibly helpful and he was in contact with us any time we need his help.
