This hotel is nice enough and the bed was comfortable. The room was on the front facing a busy street-noisy. I was assured that I had a room "on this floor" but I had to climb many steps to get to it. Breakfast was down two levels which I could not manage. My pet was accommodated but I did pay extra - which was fine.

The hotel was amazing! Just a beautiful stay. I stayed with my fiancé in the delux suite and it was so worth it! Jacuzzi was incredible! Service was excellent. Didn't really like the breakfast offered but everyone's option is different on that! Overall 5 star stay in Cuenca Ecuador

Mole on the walls, electricity cables hanging out, furniture was damaged, garbage outside looked like it had been there for days, exercise room was flooded, wood room flooring warped and missing. Restaurant on property closed and tables and chairs out in the hallway. Expedia should remove this property from its listings.
