The staff at reception were always very helpful always answering our questions and giving us tips on how to get around the City.Our room was lovely and the choice at Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was nice for a budget stay. The hotel was located just outside the centre but it was still walkable to the main sights or the metro station is nearby. The room was clean but the furnishings had wear and tear. No tea/coffee facilities to make for yourself. Complimentary bottle of water in the room that you could refill at reception. The buffet breakfast was good. The street/area around the hotel did not feel safe walking after dark.

The hotel has a problem with the hot water supply. It seems to only be available at certain times. It's not a big problem in the summer, but in the winter, the lack of hot water for showering is unacceptable.

Our room was infested with ants. The staff was able to move us to a different room the next day. Otherwise, the location was convenient. Plenty of local eating options. Too bad it rained most of the time we were there. It would be a good spot to stay between cruise arrival and flight home. The staff was multilingual.
