The check-in process was not clear until I clicked on the small print link in Expedia. You had to go into the hotel lobby around the corner to check in. The room door card key was balky and generally took several attempts to open the door. Maid service was erratic. No one came for two days, then the next day came in the evening. One day they came at 7:30 AM. Bed bottom sheets were not fitted and came loose easily with movement in the night. Breakfast was very good.

Quarto muito bom, cama confortável e banheiro limpo. O problema foi os cartões de acesso que desmagnetizaram algumas vezes e tinha que ir à recepção que fina no hotel ao lado para reprogramar. A portaria também não é 24 horas. Após as 23:00 para entrar tem que recorrer a recepção do hotel ao lado para abrirem.

O residencial possui excelente localização, permitindo deslocamentos a pé para diversos pontos de interesse, além de estar muito próximo de bares, restaurantes e do comércio em geral. O chuveiro do tipo chuva é um diferencial que causa ótima impressão. O café da manhã é razoável e compatível com a proposta do estabelecimento. Também considero que os colchões, as roupas de cama, as toalhas e o padrão de limpeza estão coerentes com o valor da diária. Por outro lado, alguns aspectos comprometeram nossa experiência. Os quartos aparentam ter sido reformados recentemente, o que é positivo, mas ainda havia manchas de tinta no piso e em alguns móveis. Isso não seria um problema relevante se não fosse o forte cheiro de tinta presente no quarto 305, que tornou a permanência desconfortável, especialmente em relação às condições respiratórias. Diante disso, solicitamos a troca de quarto já no dia seguinte. Outro ponto que merece atenção é a questão dos ruídos. Durante toda a estadia, fomos despertados por discussões vindas de uma residência vizinha, quase sempre por volta da meia-noite. Embora o vasto repertório de palavras impronunciáveis pudesse até render uma curiosa atração paralela, o impacto sobre a qualidade do sono foi significativo. Para completar, o condomínio passava por obras durante o período da hospedagem, gerando barulho ao longo do dia e reduzindo ainda mais o conforto esperado para momentos de descanso.

O quarto ficava em um prédio anexo. Não nos deram chaves e tínhamos que ficar tocando interfone na portaria. O banheiro estava muito sujo, com areia por toda a pia e a cuba. Cama ruim e ar condicionado barulhento. A equipe era atenciosa e faziam o que podiam com o que eles tinham em mãos, pois deu p/ perceber que é uma equipe muito enxuta para o tanto de acomodações. O café da manhã era bom mas o ambiente era absurdamente barulhento.
