The pool was closed, the room was hot & 4 hours after trying to explain to the front desk we was finally moved & as soon as we opened bathroom door 2 roaches ran across the floor, breakfast was HORRIBLE. 1 elevator & it was super slow

This stay was very poor. First night we got in late and aspected the room. No hot water and the tube didn’t drain. Complained and we got moved and got a down grade to a smaller room. Both rooms smelled. Most of the staff was rude. There was one younger female at the desk who did her best to make our stay as comfortable with the situation. We did try to cancel so we could Move else were but were told no one answered.

I complained multiple times and them seem as if the did not care. The hotel was under remodel dust paint everywhere. The pool had nothing no chairs no table a hole and water literally. The elevator stop working told me take the stairs. It was a horrible experience to the point they did not want me to have an extra cover cause people steal them and it was only two per room what’s the point of the sofa bed, but okay. Will definitely be going to another spot and never recommend this place bad with old and new management they ask for a second chance just as bad as the first should have known better I do now.

Please do not book here! I booked by mistake and it was so terrible. There was one receptionist and he seemed lost. The carpet was disgusting and everything was sketchy.!!! When asked in person they said they didn’t serve breakfast, even though online it was clearly stated they did. When we went to take the elevator, the buttons were all messed up and it was just disgusting! When we got to the room, there was one bed, missing pillows and the other bed looked scary. The couch was dirty. The bathroom was gross. The door didn’t lock and I have video proof I could not stay here and feel safe! When we asked for a refund, they said they couldn’t do anything because we booked online. Please don’t make the same mistake I did! It’s a waste of money and you won’t feel safe.
