Friendly staff and nice hotel that gives the vibe of a youth hostel, but still very quiet en peacefull. You have a kitchen, laundry service and a nice resting zone at the main floor. Attractions: 10 to 20 min walking distance from the Tombs. It is a bit further from the palace and Wolji pond but still doable if you like to walk through a beautiful park.

For the price, the place is truly unbelievable. It seemed to be recently renovated. New air-conditioning, TV, elevator, etc. The place was clean; manager was kind, breakfast was free, close to the bus terminal and numerous restaurants. There was also semi valet parking.

Stayed a comfortable 2 nights. Room was very clean and the lady at the front desk was friendly. They provided towels and water each day. The only downside for me is the brightness of the lights on the control panel on the wall. I couldn’t figure out a way to cover it for complete darkness at bedtime. It is a mechanism that lights and air conditioners can be used by inserting a card. However, the refrigerator stays cold while you are out. There are no indoor slippers, so I recommend bringing your own.

The overall conditions are very bad. Comfort is very low with very small rooms in which the bed barely fits and no space to move. Lack of equipment and forniture in the room makes for a very uncomfortable stay. The bed is attached to the wall which is in itself in a bad state, with wallpaper hanging off of it and patches everywhere. The bathroom is old and hygiene questionable. Noisy air conditioner prevents you from sleeping. The breakfast/kitchen room smells horribly and the overall sanitary conditions are very questionable with cookware shared between the guests (who have to fry eggs by themselves) and a terrible and narrow offering in food. Very unpleasant. The service is also very bad. They barely speak english and charged us a third of the cost of the room to have an extra thin blanket to put on the floor as “extra bedding” for our 2yrs old. Ended up sleeping on the floor myself to spare the kid.

The only discomfort for me is that the air-conditioner is placed immediately above my bed and so the wind keeps blowing above my head. Otherwise, it's conveniently located with car parking facility, good breakfast and washing machines.
