Stayed for one night prior to a whale watching trip. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms could use a little upgrade but still good. The restaurant is exceptional. A special shout-out to our waitress, Renda (Brenda without the B), who was very helpful, friendly and efficient. A great stay.

Quite a disappointing experince. Don't know if it was 'end of season' staff fatigue but no one was the usual Maritimes' helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was rather poor and as it was the only place to eat on the island, one simply had to endure. The mattress in one of the rooms we had booked was very poor. The one in the other room was good. No extra anything: no tissues, one had to ask for decaf coffee packets. Their associated whale tour was excellent though. Would highly reccommend that.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. We ended up staying 2 nights, and are planning to return in Sept. The room was clean, spacious & comfortable. The Island itself was a nature lovers paradise. Lots of hiking and exploring.

It was an average stay. They had laundry machines for guests. They was a restaurant on the property. I ordered a Caesar salad. It was good. Water pressure not great. Our unit did not have A/C. Thankfully it was a cool day. Only newly renovated suites had A/C. Convenient location for our whale watching trip. Breakfast should be offered earlier to accommodate morning whale watching trips. WiFi was ok.

The lodge was very clean, the view is incredible. We were there early in the spring so the restaurant was not open. We had adjoining rooms with our family and shared a kitchenette which was wonderfully stocked. Brier Island is very nice to visit and a cozy place to explore. Had a wonderful time.
