Unser Zimmer war sauber. Nur beim einzelbett hätte ich mir gewünscht, das es bisschen breiter ist. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Das schöne Frühstück wird auf der Terrasse angeboten und hat einen schönen Ausblick zu den Heißluftballons in Göreme.

Hikmet’s House’u internetteki yorumlardan buldum, gittiğime pişman olmadım. Osman bey başta olmak üzere çalışan arkadaşların yaklaşımı ve ilgisi çok iyidi. Gezilecek yer konusunda yardımcı oluyorlar. Kaldığımız odanın banyosu su akıtıyordu. Çözüm için anında tesisatçıyı çağırdılar. Memnuniyet odaklı yaklaşımları vardı. Kahvaltısı güzel ve menüsü zengindi. Konum itibariyle göl manzarası var otelin ama balona 8-9 km mesafede. Ürgüp ve Göreme’ye göre daha sakin, bu bizim için güzeldi. Zaten ilçeler arası mesafe yakın olduğu için bunu sorun etmedik. Genel olarak bizim memnun kaldığımız bir oteldi.

Otel konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde. Avanos şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde. Otopark problemi yok. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve misafirperver. Osman bey rehberlik de dahil olmak üzere çok yardımcı oldu. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Ayrıca kahvaltıyı hazırlayan ve servis eden arkadaşlar da çok hoşsohbetti.
