Had a great time! Kids loved it.

4/10 Fair

The private pool I got in both times smelled like fungus. I don't know how they clean that after each guest. During my 2nd stay, there was a power outage overnight, and my AC broke, so I ended up getting a downgraded room.

2/10 Poor

I specifically booked this room because it had a jacuzzi, only to find out that it wasn’t working. What made it even more frustrating was that I had to call reception myself before they finally admitted that the jacuzzi was out of order. This should have been clearly communicated before check-in, especially when the jacuzzi was the main reason for choosing this room.
