I had an exceptional stay here, and the staff was absolutely wonderful and kind. Anything I asked for or needed, they were always there to help. The room was perfect, and they cleaned it everyday and restocked. I felt very welcome and safe there, and it’s such a quiet and lovely location. Highly recommend and would stay here again! The room and hotel common areas were very clean. The front desk staff were very helpful to us. First, in retrieving a bag we left in our shuttle. Then, in helping us get train tickets to Vientiane. 4.5 stars. Staffs were very friendly. Room was clean and spacious (family room with a river view). Lots of hot water, but handle was reversed to North American indicator for hot and cold. Our room needed a shower door as shower water splashed to the toilet and sink area with every shower. Breakfast buffet was great and included specialty coffees such as lattes and cappuccinos. Will definitely stay again if visiting Luang Prabang. Highly recommended!!
