My water was hot and cold, there was not either or. The staff were a bit helpful, they were kind and there was a language barrier but it was okay we understood each other just enough. The room was clean and the bathroom really nice, just wish the water situation was better. Construction is happening but sleep was not interrupted.

Excellent Pool, restaurant, most excellent gym, nice rooms. No complaints. Only neg is construction on front end makes for very noisy daytime. No issues at night. Very close to beach and restaurants very convenient Latin to airport. Would def recommend.

We had a very good experience for our one night stay following our arrival to Phuket. The staff was helpful upon arrival, the room was beautiful and clean, the pool was great and the food at the restaurant was also great. Only feedback is to be more specific about the airport shuttle availability only being till 7pm. I wouldn’t have minded, but I had emailed 2 full days prior to enquire about the shuttle with no response ever received. There’s also construction at the front, but it was quiet and didn’t affect our stay. So good stay overall. Thank you
