Hotel super bem localizado, durante o dia tu consegue visitar todo o comércio a pé, a noite (como toda área comercial, fica um deserto), porém super barato de carros/motos de aplicativos, para visitar qlq ponto turístico da cidade. Café da manhã, digno. Tudo muito fresco e cuidado com carinho. Quarto confortável, super atendeu nossas necessidades. Por falar em carinho, o atendimento das meninas, desde a recepção, as camareiras, as moças da cozinha, estao todos de parabéns. De fato, nos sentimos em casa, fora de casa. Dentre tanta gente boa, podemos destacar 3 nomes, Suellen, Juliana e Driele, quanta simpatia e profissionalismo, com dicas super úteis e elos de amizades que seguirão vida a fora. Ah, a vista do sétimo andar é linda, recomendamos. Enfim, já temos uma casa em Belém, quando não tivermos em casa.

Excelente acomodação, quarto amplo cama muito boa, bom café da manhã, porém tive um perrengue: a porta do quarto não abriu desci e comuniquei ao casal que estava na recepção, a moça foi até lá e não conseguiu abrir a porta, desceu para chamar o rapaz, esperamos por minutos e nada, fui e reclamei, o rapaz subiu e abriu a porta, alegou que seria as pilhas, e iria mandar o responsável trocá-las, porém não foi ninguém, so anoite que ao comunicar o fato novamente, a equipe resolveu de pronto, pedindo desculpas pelo mal serviço, prestado pela anterior...

Sempre que vou a Belém, me hospedo neste hotel. É perto dos lugares que me interessam. Quartos limpos. Café da manhã diversificado (só faltavam os pães de queijo, rsrs). Só tem um ponto que me deixa bem aborrecida e acontecem 99% das vezes: por algum motivo eu sempre tenho que mudar de quarto. Isso me passa um ar de despreparo e improviso. De resto, tudo certo.
