Dirty and noisy

Room was super dirty. Floor was so dirty that my feet were grey. There was a big spider web in the ceiling. Some extra hair in the sheets. Good location but because next to the street it was noisy.

We used the hotels airport shuffle service, driver was there on time and was so nice and helpful with tips about the area. The room was immaculately clean with a beautiful view, and they had the room ready for our arrival, which was before check in time. We didn’t explore the immediate area too much, but there were bars and restaurants a plenty. And an Uber to Split was under €10. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Tyvärr påverkades vår vistelse mycket av städningen och framför allt av hur vårt klagomål hanterades. Boendet i sig var trevligt och läget bra, men golven i vårt rum och på balkongen var väldigt smutsiga. Vi bad specifikt om att golven och balkongen skulle rengöras och fick besked om att vårt rum skulle städas den dagen. När vi kom tillbaka hade rummet städats, men golven var fortfarande så smutsiga att vi inte kände oss bekväma med att gå barfota. Vi skickade bilder och film, och ägaren bad först om ursäkt och skrev att han inte visste vad som hade hänt. Det som gjorde oss mest besvikna var bemötandet efteråt. När jag på ett vänligt sätt nämnde att någon form av kompensation kunde vara rimlig blev svaret defensivt, med hänvisning till att detta inte är ett hotell och att de inte är skyldiga att erbjuda daglig städning. Men vi hade aldrig klagat på avsaknad av daglig städning – klagomålet gällde den städning som uttryckligen hade bekräftats men inte utförts ordentligt. Misstag kan självklart hända, och själva städningen hade varit en enkel sak att rätta till. Tyvärr gjorde sättet ett helt rimligt klagomål bemöttes på att vårt helhetsintryck blev betydligt sämre än vad det annars hade behövt bli. Synd, eftersom boendet i övrigt hade flera positiva sidor.

It is a really nice place to stay if you have car. The room is big and the view is cool. Only thing to complain is that the available time for check-in is until 7pm, but the website mentioned 8pm. Staff sent message to us, and let us check in in the morning.

Let me start off with THAT VIEW! Wow, Simply breathtaking. When we checked in Nina was working and I’m so glad she was. She was extremely helpful in everything we needed. She walked us to our room, helped us exchange money, and even offered to set up a tour for us last minute. She was such a warm person and it was exciting seeing her the mornings we did. The room was very clean, and spacious for what we needed. My husbands favorite part was the coffee, creamer and sugar in a bag left for us to make in the morning. Apart from all of this, the location was great. We were walking distance to a bunch of restaurants we never needed to go far for any meal. I 100% recommend this hotel. Should I ever come back to Split I’ll be staying here again! Thank you for all that you did for us Nina, you are such a wonderful and dedicated person.
