The suite was exceptionally clean. As expected there was a fair amount of street noise with the windows open. With the windows closed it was negligible. The room was equipped with two fans.

8/10 Very good

We visited during Oktoberfest and due to that, all the hotels were either booked or extremely expensive! The location was pretty good as it was the most reasonably priced property that we could find within walking distance to both Theresienwiese and Altstadt. The room was clean, some of the staff were more helpful or pleasant than others, and there was a cafe and convenience store right underneath the property. A few blocks away was the red light district which had some undesirables lingering around in addition to strip clubs and sex shops, but we never felt unsafe. There were plenty of people walking around at all times of the day and night because of Oktoberfest.

Clean. Well supplied. Serviced everyday. Friendly Reception. Good customer service. Close to transport Hub. We could self cater, and wash our clothes. Noisy on street, especially at night.
