We had a great stay here. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the hotel had all the amenities we needed. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Great service really makes a difference when you're travelling, and the team here definitely made our stay that much more enjoyable. Would happily stay here again and are coming back in a few days to finish up our stay in Crete.

We were unexpectedly delayed in reaching hotel 2/2 traffic and stopping for dinner but finally reached hotel near midnight. Evening staff seemed perturbed about late arrival and repeatedly commented that a message would have been nice to let him know...I kind of got that after my initial apology and explained lack of cell service. Location awesome and on beach. Waitstaff and breakfast/lunch/drink menu at poolside/beach were big strongpoint. Did provide complimentary beach towels although they were rather ratty. You really have to pay attention to wind direction and location so you don't get caught in smoke screen from chain smokers. Very clean.

Our stay at Eden Beach on Crete Island was nothing short of magical. This place truly lives up to its description as a real paradise! We loved having direct access to the beautiful beach right from the property. The garden is meticulously maintained and absolutely gorgeous, offering a serene escape. Plus, its location is perfect, with plenty of excellent restaurants within easy reach. The owner made us feel so at home, incredibly welcoming and attentive. We can't wait to go back!

A great place to stay for families where you have a pool and also the ocean right there. The bar and grill is always ready to provide a snack or a meal. I keep returning to this hotel as location is great, bus service great and warm and friendly staff. The rooms are large and well equiped. You can walk straight onto rhe beach and transport to Chania or Kolmbari is excellent. You can walk along the beach for miles. Very relaxing location. Easy to get to the airport. What is not to like? Shout out to Yanis. Kind and generous. We shared Raki together.

Amazing stay as usual! This is our second time in two years and we will definitely be back. The hotel has everything you need: cleaning every day with towel changes every two days. It has its own pool and own beach, with beach loungers and umbrellas. It’s literally beach front — the only walk you do is from your apartment to the beach, passing through the pool area. Moreover, they recently opened a bar that caters drinks and snacks, including meals and breakfast options, for your stay during the day at the room, pool area or beach. Not to mention they have plenty of parking and the area has loads of supermarkets and restaurants to choose from, all within walking distance. You don’t even need a car to be honest if you’re planning on staying there and not go around Chania or other areas nearby! Lastly, we went in early September and the sea was amazing. Almost no waves at all and the water was not cold at all — very pleasant! We had loads of fun, the staff is very kind and accommodating… truly a beautiful place that made an amazing stay.
