Excelente location, clean and friendly staff.

Ibis São Bernardo is an excellent option for those who want to get to know São Paulo while staying in a quieter and cheaper place. The location is perfect, in front of Metrópole Shopping Mall, close to Golden Shopping and other stores located in São Bernardo downtown and also close to Via Anchieta that leads to São Paulo downtown and also towards the beaches of Santos, Guarujá and 2 hours away by car from the North Coast of São Paulo that has beautiful beaches. We stayed at the hotel for over 2 months, the hotel is very clean, we had the opportunity to work at the hotel reception and the internet was almost always very good, but for 1 whole day we had no internet which affected us from working from hotel and going to the mall to work, but the internet wasn't very good either. The reception staff was always attentive and helped us change rooms when we had a problem with the air conditioning. Our bedroom was quiet and we didn't have problems with noisy to sleep. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

O hotel não oferece nenhum benefício além de você ir para dormir, não tem serviço de quarto, tudo deve ser resolvido na recepção, em pleno sábado o forno de pizza estava sendo "lavado", tive que ficar mais meia diária devido a imprevisto pessoais e deixei claro que não queria camareira, fui incomodada ao menos 4 vezes pra irem arrumar o quarto, a comunicação entre os funcionários não é boa.
