Its a convenient location walking distance to the restaurants and stores. We stayed in the Bonaire Rm. Quiet, breezey, good light. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was lovely, very knowlegeable and most helpful. The hotel provides parking placards for guests althought, parking during busy times, could be a bit of a challenge. The breakfast is continental and perhaps could be a little more robust.

Great property in a very convenient location for multiple activities in Capitola. Check-in was easy. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed during the week, so town was quiet. Service was excellent, especially Julie. I left my sunglasses in the room and she called me to confirm they were mine and then sent them to me. I received them quickly and they were packed with care. We were able to park right across the street with the parking pass from the hotel. We left our car there and walked everywhere, including to the Shadowbrook for dinner. We would definitely stay there again.

Love, love The Capitola Hotel! The staff, especially Julie, are awesome and always helpful, the rooms and property are always clean and welcoming. The Grand Cayman is our favorite room and paying for the garage parking is so worth the price! The location perfect, within walking distance of everything. If you’re a light sleeper, use the ear plugs, early mornings are very noisy with deliveries across the street and the street cleaning.

The breakfast menu was a good continental breakfast. The parking included a pass good throughout town which was wonderful because parking is so difficult in Capitola. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The patio area was not too inviting but the lounge where breakfast was served was fine.
