O hotel é antigo, instalações simples, mas que podiam melhorar com espaços para colocar a mala , o banheiro não tem suporte para os utensílios como shampoo e creme, é pia sem espaço só cabe a escova de dentes e creme dental...deixar mais funcional. Com suportes para pendurar roupas, os cabides todos bem frágeis e quebrados, coberta bem antiga...acho que precisam atualizar e melhorar. Café da manhã bem básico com poucas opções.

Nosso quarto era bem diferente do anunciado. Barulhento, móveis antigos e quebrados, metais do banheiro todos oxidados, o mármore da pia do banheiro caindo, prateleiras do box caindo e não podiam ser utilizados, de modo que tive que deixar meus itens de higiene no chão. A "vista do mar" era basicamente uma faixa de 1 metro de vista, coberta por restaurantes, prédios vizinhos e relógio. Não pode nem ser considerado vista para o mar, a vista é para a rua. O estacionamento do hotel estava LOTADO, os funcionários da noite quando cheguei disseram pra deixar o carro em qualquer local e deixar a chave na recepção, o que me recusei a fazer, e precisei estacionar em um corredor extremamente apertado e impossível de manobrar, além de ter ficado presa por outros carros e não podia sair sem incomodar outras pessoas. Havia um único cobertor de solteiro em um quarto duplo para casal. A "suíte superior" que reservei não dispunha nem mesmo de cobertores suficientes, não tinha nada de superior, nem mesmo o andar. Além disso, em NENHUM momento nos foi avisado sobre a manutenção da piscina - um dos motivos pelos quais escolhi especificamente esse hotel, dentre tantos outros inclusive mais baratos e melhores em Florianópolis. Nunca mais volto.
