We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Zero in Danbury, CT. The staff there was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The room itself was spacious and clean. There was also plenty of parking available in their large lot. In addition, the free Continental Breakfast was excellent. However, I did have one complaint.The toilet seat in the room’s bathroom was very low with no grab bars. As a 78 year old with back issues, it was really difficult for me to lift myself up. For our next stay in a few weeks, I requested a room that’s handicapped accessible to solve this issue.

Very nice hotel, clean and staff were friendly. My husband and I are always searching for a suite with a functional kitchen. This was close but when I see a sink and kitchenette storage, I assume there will be a few plates, cups, flatware, etc. However , I could have planned better. No draws to place your clothes (but did have a rack to hang up items). We had pizza from Terra and it was excellent.

Had an excellent stay at Hotel Zero Degrees Danbury. The room was exceptionally large, very clean, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day. One of the highlights was the breakfast. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced, with a great selection and high-quality options. The staff were also outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Danbury area.

The hotel is beautiful & the room/bed was clean & comfortable. My concern is there is only 1 set of elevators and both my sister (Rm 40) and I (Rm 30) were located in rooms farthest away from this access. The stairs on our side of the building were accessible down to the 2nd floor (not ground?) which still forced us to walk the length of the building for ground access.
