A beautiful hotel on Samui island. The staff are incredible, the hotel beautifully maintained and so large you feel like you’re truly away from it all. Don’t miss out on visiting the spa (try the coconut flow), or taking one of the complimentary gym classes (Muay Thai training with Mik and Sean was absolutely fantastic!) Last but not least, the food and restaurants. Aum took brilliant care of us at Breakfast, Jakky supplied endless fresh coconuts at the pool bar, One Rai was unbelievably good (special thanks to Raj & chef Armaan who explained so much about the flavours and dishes) and also Pak Thai for traditional Thai food (Beauty was incredible with her food recommendations and education on local dishes!). Also don’t miss the Fire show on the beach after dinner! We can’t wait to come back!

The breakfast offering was exceptional - an extensive spread covering everything you could imagine, from Malaysian and Indian dishes to European, Japanese, and continental options. The staff were consistently attentive and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Our suite was spacious and very comfortable, and the views, along with the beautifully maintained grounds, were simply stunning. One thing to note is that the resort is very expansive, so getting around typically involves using buggies, which you need to request via reception.

We were disappointed overall, and do not feel this property lived up to the Ritz Carlton brand. It is a large property, well maintained, with spacious rooms, but we didn’t feel there was anything unique in the style of the buildings…..it didn’t feel like an authentic Thai experience. The lobby and restaurants are not air conditioned, and it was hot with lots of mosquitoes. The breakfast buffet was great, but our dinners were mediocre and we had to fight the bugs and could not enjoy our meals. We will not return.

Wonderful stay. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again. Peaceful relaxing resort with beautiful views. Beach is small and the sea is rocky but that’s not a negative comment, just factual. Pool area is lovely - didn’t feel crowded and always loungers and umbrellas available. The hotel has a shuttle bus into Chaweng a few times a day, which was great as made going in very straightforward and convenient. The hotel is a little further out of the hustle and bustle which was nice to retreat back to. Wonderful- recommended hotel. Really enjoyed the stay.
