Room was very compact and standard. Door handle on bathroom was ready to fall off no toilet roll in toilet ok if you just need a bed for 1 or 2 nights. It was clean and served a purpose.

A great stopover for an event in Perry Barr. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious and plentiful. My only issue was the noise from the road. It is next to a very busy dual carriageway, which is not a fault of the hotel.

Not bad for an overnight stay. The staff were great. Classic pub food. The room was cold, and the heating off, there was no hairdryer and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. But if you are looking for somewhere cheap to crash out overnight, with an affordable dining option, it is good for one night (and a short drive from the NEC)

Really surprised by the hotel when I arrived the lovely setting next to the canal, nice bar restaurant. Rooms are adequate for a business stay. Bed was slightly form for my liking but that is personal preference. Would stay again when in town for business
